I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
I applied to Capital One through my University's Career website. I was asked to the first round interview. It was a typical case study. Ahead of time they did do a practice case over the phone which I recommend doing as it was helpful if you have never done a case interview before. The interview itself was one on one and the prompter was very nice and helpful. The case went decently however I found one part difficult because I did not approach something in the way that they would have so I got a different answer. Overall not bad but I was not asked back for an on site interview.

Question 1
The case study was about online advertisements on a site like facebook versus e-mail and analyzing the feedback from both. Interested in the best value.

Interview
They came to the university for 1 on 1 interviews. There was only one interview, case interview, and the same day they emailed me and told me to take the online accessment (it was basically a shortened version of the SATs). The next day I got an email asking me to go to their headquarters to see the campus and final round of interviews. Final round was 2 case interviews and a behavioral. There's a third case if they need it (they claim its optional but from my experience, everyone who got that third interview got an offer, everyone else didn't) and sent us home. They paid for the entire trip which was nice.
Personally, I somewhat immediately knew I didn't do well on the final round interviews cause I was really nervous and kept on jumping from one topic to another and didn't explain myself very well.
