The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2011
Interview
First round interview (a very number oriented case) took place on campus. I was notified within a week that I had passed the first round interview and was invited for an on-site interview day. The on-site interview consisted of a nice dinner on Thursday night and then interviews and a campus tour all Friday morning. They took care of everything (hotel, airfare, and ground transportation) and reimbursed me for everything they didn't pay for themselves. The on-site interview consisted of 3 rounds (two more cases and one behavioral interview where they get to know you). I was notified within 24 hours that I had received an offer.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Beaverton, OR) in Apr 2012
Interview
I first received a phone call telling me I was chosen to move forward in the hiring process then asked If i would like to next have the phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview for the next day which took about thirty minutes. She told me she would submit my name to move onto the next phase of the process for the face to face. I received a call the next day giving me a time and day which was about a week and a half away. I was told that the interview would consist of questions based on previous work experiences related to specific situations I had experienced in other jobs and how I learned from the experienced and what I would have done differently. Or how I may have made a change in a company. The impact I may have had on others. I went to the interview prepared and went with as much knowledge as I could about the the company. The interview took about one hour with one person. After the interview I was told I would hear a yes or a no in about one week and I received a call the next day asking me if I wanted the job.
