Capital One interview questions

A recruiter saw my resume and invited me to apply. First step is an online personality, verbal and math tests, cost 1 hour. a little bit stressful, you have to expect more problems than minutes. I passed the test. Two days later, The recruiter sent me time slots to choose for a phone interview. I replied and called to confirm. But never reach the person, always be direct to voice mail box. The phone interview never comes.This happened 3 times! There was no problem with my g mail. When the phone interview schedule came for the 4th time, I don't want to reply any more.

I was contacted by a recruiter after I applied online and told to complete online assessments. I had to complete a personality test, as well as math and verbal exams similar to GRE/SAT exams. After you pass those they invite you to interview on-site in Virginia. Generally you then have to complete 2 behavioral interviews and 2 case interviews (some might have extra behavioral or extra case). These are with 4 different people and you are also given the chance to have lunch with some employees to ask questions about Capital One.
