I interviewed with capital one in dallas, TX. It was a great experience talking to interviewers. I had two cases, one round behavioral questions and one round of data challenge presentation.
* OA: 2 SQL + 2 simple programming(mostly related to data structure)
* HR follow-up
* Data Challenge
* Onsite: 2 cases, 1 round of data challenge presentation, 1 round bq. I was so unlucky to meet unprofessional interviewers that he talked to you while talking with his workers who were renovating his house. Also, another tricky thing is your data challenge may get a pass from some people and then in the onsite, you may meet an interviewer that doesn't like your ideas in data challenge, give a fail to you and has no patient to listen to what you say.
Overall, HR was good and organized process very well. But not every seniors are professional, at least to the interview.
