Capital One interview questions

On Final round, there are live business cases led by an interviewer. I was given a business problem (e.g., increasing revenue for a retail bank product), and I had to walk through the problem structure, make assumptions, perform quick math, and propose recommendations. The interviewer provided data along the way. Tip: Capital One's cases are not like consulting (McKinsey-style) but more conversational and practical, often with data interpretation and business sense.

A very structured and helpful recruiter who is communicative and supportive, and I would highly recommend anyone considering a role. The process is set up to help candidates secure the role than throw them off at any stage.
