It was 4 different interviews on a virtual superday. Two behavioral, two technical. One technical was leetcode style (easy-med) and one was a case question with programming elements. The two behavioral were pretty similar to each other. Both asking basic behavioral interview questions.

Question 1
Write a function to determine if a given string is a palindrome. A palindrome is a word, phrase, or sequence that reads the same backward as forward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Had a 15 min phone screen with them and found their behavior to be very rude. Every time they asked me a question, they interrupted my response. At the end, they didn't let me ask any questions about the role because they kept trying to answer my question before I finished.
I will likely not apply to capital one again if this is how their recruiters treat candidates after the recruiter reaches out to them.
