Very casual screening. If you pass then you get three rounds. Technical, Job Fit, and Behavioral. Job fit is actually hard and you'll be asked at least 10 questions. Technical is also hard because they use lots of jargon

I had a phone screening scheduled in November and then I got an email after a week that I would be continuing to the Power day.
Power day:
Behavioral- they asked me 3 generic behavioral questions.
Job Fit- Just show that you're genuinely interested in becoming a software engineer!!! show that you're self-made and are willing to learn.
Case- it's usually break even or find x problems, you will be nervous and that's OK just make sure you're explaining everything you're doing in very simple terms and ask questions! the case is not right or wrong its just made to see if you can communicate your thoughts.
