Capital One Sr. Product Manager interview questions

The interview process is lengthy and difficult. After a couple of rounds of phone interviews they did a full day of in person interviews consisting of tests, creative solutioning, and panel interviews. One of my interviewers was very arrogant and made a comment about women not being as creative in product solutioning in his experience. Would never work for this company.

Phone screen with the recruiter. It is a straightforward call with basic questions about background and introduces the hiring team and the product. A following round with the hiring manager. No follow-ups. About 1-2 weeks wait to get the interviewer's availabilities.
