Capital One Sr. Business Analyst interview questions

I applied for the job in October, the recruiter reached back in early December asking for a phone interview. I mentioned the dates I was available, but she didn't respond back until late January despite multiple follow-ups. Once the process kicked off, the interviews were set up pretty fast. They had three rounds: HR screening, phone case interview, on-site interview day (comprising of three interviews:- one product interview and two case interviews). I made it to the final round and I thought I did pretty well, but it came back with a no offer. When I asked for feedback, the only said that my "scores weren't high enough". No concrete feedback. I felt like the entire process was pretty unprofessional. Some of the interviewers seemed cold and unsympathetic.

Good first round crazy-check with recruiter. Explained case study aspect of second round and prep materials provided for case study. Second round case study did not even come close to matching what the materials suggested. If you haven't had an advanced algebra class in the past year, good luck.
