Capital One interview questions

1 hour initial screening (semi case on a cap1 product like shopping) 4 1-hr interview power day (2 extended cases, 1 about a product project from your previous experience, 1 product design)

The interview process consisted of a virtual job survey asking pretty common sense multiple choice questions about how you would handle different work scenarios. This was followed by a cultural interview. Then a Power Day, 4 different interviews all in one day. Two case studies, a behavorial interview (STAR format questions) and a job fit interview.
