Capital One interview questions

it was hard but i did my best, the experience was basically a bunch of leetcode easy and mediums and you have barely anytime to solve 4 but you should study leetcode capital one questions

The process started with an HR Screen. The rep just went down the list of required qualifications on the posting one by one and asked if I had them. She asked why I was interested in the role/company and some immigration stuff. She then sent me a link to an online assessment which while not time-limited was expected to take less than two hours. There was a personality module, a work experience module, a problem solving module, and a collaboration style module. Several of these were fairly rapid fire and they primed you to answer them without thinking. They did not let you skip back to change answers.
