I had a my first interview through a call. She mainly asked questions about myself and if I was interested in technology. I unfortunately did not make it past the first round.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
How do you keep up with technology?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Nov 2020
Interview
I cold applied and got contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter reached out about a month later and set up a phone screen. Basic phone screen to see if you knew about the position and measure interest. The recruiter then reached out about final rounds and provided a bunch of information and prep help for them. They have interview prep classes you can attend to help you out if needed. Final rounds were on zoom because of Covid. They lay out the 3 interviews before hand and gave great information on what to expect from each 3. If prepare it wasn’t a problem at all. Basic math and business logic in the Case Study, “tell me about a time” questions in the Behavioral, and an extension of the phone screen and asking about technical experience in the job fit. Over all a great experience and an offer was given shortly after the super day.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in Oct 2020
Interview
I got scheduled for a 20-minute phone screening with the recruiter via Zoom about one month in advance. The interview went well but I did not move beyond the recruiter screening. I was surprised to be rejected so early in the process given that I matched the type of candidate profile that the CODA program is looking for and my academic qualifications exceeded the requirements. This must be a very competitive program! Best of luck.
