This was a two-panel interview focusing on AWS cloud environments and team conflict resolution, likely using behavioral questions like "Tell me about a time..." to assess experience. For AWS, expect questions about architecture, services (like EC2, S3, VPC), and best practices. For team conflict, use the STAR method to explain a past situation, detailing the Situation, Task, Action you took, and the Result. When discussing AWS, emphasize your practical experience and problem-solving skills. For conflict, focus on collaborative, calm, and solution-oriented approaches like active listening, speaking to individuals, and facilitating communication.
