Capital One Lead Software Engineer interview questions

Was contacted by an, "experienced senior recruiter," Akshi A. Mahendru, about a developer position. Followed up properly, but then was ghosted. Sick of all the ghosting from recruiters. Lay all these incompetent HR people off and hire people who can act professionally, instead, Capital One. I am professional when applying, so why can't recruiters be, too? I will not seek employment at Capital One again in the future.
