Capital One Relationship Banker interview questions

The video interview went well. They asked questions that you see everyday, however, I haven't heard from them in 2wks since the 1st interview, but they have sent me the survey..After I have told them that I have not rcvd a 2nd interview; they contacted me the second day; I'm not sure if they did that just to cover themselves, but once that has completed I have sent them a thank you note, and still haven't even rcvd an acknowledgment!! Hmm that tells you something? What kind of company is this?
