Capital One Risks Analyst interview questions

1- pre-screen by recruiter; 2- phone interviews, 3- 4 hour in person interview (2 behavioral & 2 job fit). No word back from recruiter. No response to email. Whatever happened to courtesy???

1st phone interview. Did not go beyond due to my lack of interest. I was trying to leave a job that I internally transferred into that was suddenly hit with those expectations. Once the rush was over, I was burnt out and no longer satisfied with management. I would not mind the occasional long day or weekend for an emergency, but not as the norm.
