I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA)
Interview
For some reason, I don’t know why I haven’t seen any recent reviews from others who applied for the role, except for one this year, which is odd. The interview process was quite long and took a month and a few weeks from start to finish. I applied on June 12 and on June 14, I received an email to schedule a phone screen with the recruiter. I had my first phone screen with the recruiter on June 17 and then waited basically two weeks to receive another email from the recruiter on July 2 to schedule the second phone screen with an executive assistant, which took place on July 8. On July 12, I received an email for Power Day. I sent my availability, and my Power Day was scheduled for July 23. I met with three different people on Zoom at different times. I had to follow up with the recruiter on July 29 for an answer. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the job, which is quite shocking because I felt the interviews went well. Anyways, God knows best and I just have to keep pushing.

Question 1
They will ask about your job history to explain about it.
Had a phone screen with a recruiter and she was 7 minutes late to call and also seemed in a rush to get off the call. Overall, it was a basic conversation getting to know my comfort level with calendaring and software. A couple behavioral questions. Probably lasted 15 minutes.
The interview process was lengthy. Had an initial call with the recruiter. After talking with the recruiter, I was scheduled a call with a current employee in the same department I’d be working in. Then, I was scheduled for four 30 minute back to back interviews about a week later.
