Capital One Senoir Software Engineer interview questions

Absolutely a waste of time. First is the online assessment, which takes an hour or two, and then a chat with a recruiter if you pass. After that you do a power day which is 4 one hour interviews in the same day. Then you get ghosted for 2 weeks and are told you passed with flying colors and they all loved you. Then you get ghosted again for a week only to be told "oh the position was filled, BUT don't worry there's another amazing team which really wants you. " Another week being ghosted, and what do you know - oh sorry the position has been filled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS TRASH PROCESS FOR A MEDIOCRE COMPANY. I spent countless hours not only preparing but actually interviewing. I had to take a whole day PTO to do the power day, and they don't have the courtesy to respect your time to give you timely answers. What an absolute embarrassment of a company.
