Capital One Senoir Software Engineer interview questions

A recruiter found me on linkedin. She sent the resume to them for me. Then after a long wait, probably three weeks, they gave me a skype interview. It lasted for 30 mins. Then two days later, the recruiter told me it went on very well, but they only considered LOCAL candidates at this time.

First call with recruiter. Everything was fine. Next is homework on Hackerrank. Homework is a project which includes technology like Jersey which is not actively developed lately. Considering that other reviews on Glassdoor saying that they got questions regarding Jersey, looks like bank is pretty slow in changes. Overall home assignment looks like for students, lot's of boilerplate code. And only about 10 % is about something more advanced. Don't try to upgrade dependencies since you'll just waste your time. Just do it as you would do that in Java 7 days.
