I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Washington, DC) in Nov 2022
Interview
Took a Codesignal in August and had my powerday in November. The behavioral and technical interviewers were really nice and they both told me I had passed their rounds without prompting. However, the case interviewer seemed to be in a bad mood and his phone was going off and he wasn't even apologizing. His attitude during the interview was making me uncomfortable so even though the question wasn't very hard I didn't do well out of nervousness.
Interview questions [4]
Question 1
Describe a time when you challenged the status quo.
You get 14 days to do the CodeSignal coding assessment, they give you 1.5 hours to do 4 questions that range from easy to hard and need to get at least a 700 to be moved forward in the interview process

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Apr 2022
Interview
I was able to complete the application through a referral, and I was able to hear back about the first round after a few days. From there, I was assigned to complete their coding assignment on Codesignal, which I had about a week to do. There were four questions, two easy and two hard/medium.
I heard back after completing the assignments after another few days, and was introduced to their "power day" of interviews, which took place over the course of several hours. It consisted of a standard behavioral interview, a case interview, and another technical interview. The behavioral interviewer was engaging and informative, and there weren't any unfair questions. The case interview was also engaging, and seemed more designed to see how you solve and approach problems. The technical interview was an easy LC question followed by a hard LC question, and was straight to the point. The interviewer was also knowledgeable and made light suggestions when necessary instead of being completely silent/ too oppressive. All of these are described in detail by the company beforehand, so you have plenty of opportunity to prepare.

Question 1
The behavioral portion was very standard, just be familiar with work you've done in the past and be able to describe the problem and how you solved it.
The technical portion was a LC easy/med followed by a LC hard. The questions for the company on LC are a good guide.
