They went over my initial application and invited me to complete a non-timed Situational Strengths, timed Numerical Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning tests. I am not very mathematical and I managed to pass these, the maths is essentially basic data analysis and a lot of working out percentages. I was then invited to complete a one-way video interview where I answered 7 questions in total. My case study was completely unlike the one that they exemplify on their website - my situation was about the number of email and text alerts that Capital One customers are signed up to. It was data analysis in the first few questions and writing it up as an email to a colleague and then some video responses on how we could increase the number of customers receiving these alerts. Only 2 of the 7 questions were about myself.
