Capital One Technical Lead interview questions

- Started with recruiter contacting me on Linkedin. Had a discussion for 30 minutes. - Followed by online test. I cleared it and then interview with hiring manager was scheduled. - Dialed in the number, the hiring manager joined a little late and he gave overview of the position and other stuff. The other member joined 20 minutes late and was passive interviewer for the first 15-20 minutes and then took the technical interview. - The Second member was not very clear with the questions and I had to ask him time and again, about what he actually wanted. He was obviously looking for some answers which were textbook answers. I gave answers based on the requirements. - Hiring manager then asked about the skills and asked me to rate myself on those. - once this was done, no response from anyone. checked with recruiter who said he will check with hiring manager. Checked twice again with recruiter, but no response to the emails. - Guess this the end. Would have hoped for a better communication from recruiter. When candidates are expected to respond on the emails promptly during interview process, not sure how fair is it , if the recruiters don't do their jobs. - Doesn't advertise a good culture to the prospective candidates.
