Interview
There is an online assessment that is given before the interview process as a technical screen, which takes 70 minutes max and consists of 4 coding questions. Coding takes place on CodeSignal and uses an online IDE.

Interview
I was able to secure a final interview after a short coding assessment which was nice. The final consisted of three back to back interviews, a technical which was not so bad, a behavioral interview which was very formulaic (have some STAR stories ready), and a case study which was quite challenging.
I was looking forward to the case study because my recruiter and others kept saying that it was a more of a discussion and kept reiterating that I ask questions. However, when I asked a question during the case study to help narrow down the scope of what was being asked, I was just given an unhelpful "just try to answer the question as best you can." Other questions I had trying to clarify the situation were mostly shot down. Pretty disappointing and I think this is where I messed up. Lastly, they make you go over some confusing Java or Python code. After 4 hours and the first half of the case study, I was pretty exhausted, so I did not do very well here. My interviewer did not do a great job making me feel comfortable with what was going on, while others seem to have gotten lucky with who they got.
Overall an average experience. Just hope you get lucky with your interviewers. There's not much you can do to prepare for the case study which seems to be the most difficult part, just try your best to save your energy for that.

Interview
I interviewed with C1 in February 2022. I first received a code signal after applying. After completing that I was asked to do a Power Day. Power Day consisted of a Technical Case Interview, Technical Interview, and Behavior Interview in that order. The technical case was difficult for me because I made it hard for myself. Instead of asking the interview what certain things were doing, I made assumptions that delayed my decision-making in answering the interviewer's questions. Be sure to ask about everything! However, I did get to the answer they were looking for. Another thing to keep in mind for this is it's possible they are showing you code that messes up in some way. Don't just assume it's a perfect method. The technical was average. The interviewer was really nice and worked with me. I was under the impression that they will ask you the same exact questions as on LeetCode. That is absolutely not true. They ask you a question similar to it but have a small subproblem you have to figure out. For the behavioral, the interviewer asked some difficult personal questions. If you struggle to talk about yourself, this will be tough for you. I'd suggest practicing talking about yourself and giving personal answers because that's what they are looking for.
