It was a three round interview with a 45 minute behavior, case, and technical portion. The behavior and technical portion was what I expected it to be. However, the case interview was different since I wasn't used to doing many cases since I'm a CS major.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA)
Interview
I applied online and had the power day 3-45 minute interviews a month later. The recruiters are extremely responsive and warm, and most interviewers I have talked to at Capital One seem pretty genuine as well. I thought I had a good shot at an offer. I felt that I had a great convo with the behavioral interviewer and answered the questions well. Same goes for the technical interview as I answered every question correctly. The case was average and didn't get much feedback during the interview if I was going in the right direction. I would guess that is what let to my rejection. Heard back after double the 2-3 days they said it would take for a decision.

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online in mid Fall 2019, heard back in February with an offer for a final round interview. Flew to McLean and had a very enjoyable experience touring the office, eating lunch, and talking to current TDPs. The rest of the day consisted of interviews: one case, one technical, one behavioral. Heard back within a day or two over the phone from my recruiter with an offer.
