I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Sterling, VA) in May 2013
Interview
You start with a phone conversation with a recruiter. Mine was very nice and had previously worked at the same company that I had just left. If you are good with people and good with money and questionnaires you should not have much difficulty getting to this stage and then the final interview. In my case I interviewed with two branch managers from my district.

Question 1
How would you handle not hitting your monthly sales goal?
It was a very comfortable and easy going interview actually. The interviewing manager kept it very conversational and wasn't asking question after question after question.

It's always the usual, "so tell me about yourself..."

Interview
I applied online and within a few days, an HR recruiter contacted me and we had a phone interview. Basic questions about hypothetical situations, customer service and sales experience. She then set me up with an interview at a branch where I met 2 branch managers. After that, I got a call the next day or day after saying they were proceeding with me. They were pretty fast and pretty good with keeping in touch with me. They were also very courteous and flexible with my start date which was very helpful.
