Capital One UX Designer interview questions

Started with a phone screen with recruiter and hiring manager before a portfolio presentation and follow up power day. Power day consists of a few interviews, presentations and a behavioral interview.

Initial call, interview with design team, and then full day of interviews with UX manager, program lead, and cross-functional teammates. Asked to share portfolio multiple times and talk through design experiences and approaches.
