Capital One Underwriting Analyst interview questions

Overall, very lengthy and tedious process. 6 total interviews I went through, 1 HR screening, 1 team fit call with a member, and then the 4 interview Powerday. Each person I spoke to seemed very genuine and were enjoyable to speak with. The interviews themselves were not too challenging. My issue came with the communication by the recruiter. After my final interview, I did not hear anything back for over 2 weeks. Finally, after almost 3 full weeks of wait time, I was called at 6 PM on a Friday evening that I would not be getting the job. A little bit inconsiderate and unprofessional, to be frank.
