I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cisco (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
2 phone screens and then 3 in person interviews; Mostly behavioral questions as its a Program manager role and nothing much on the Technical side. Questions were from the previous experience and generic ones to test the aptitude. Interview was moderate difficult and was okay, but the whole process took couple of months.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cisco (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Did not ask very in depth questions. Very surface level and seemed distracted. The screener was much better than the in person one on one. Felt as if the in person interviewee was unhappy about having to hire for this position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Pretty basic interview process. Had an in person interview with the recuriter at my college. Then had one phone interview with one hiring manger and then a second with 2 additional managers. They mostly use WebEx for phone or video interviews. You'll be using it a lot once you join Cisco. Once done, I was offered the job. Pretty basic questions. Mostly behavioral. I felt like they had already decided on what candidates they wanted to make an offer based on their resume. The interview was just a formality.
