The interview process is pretty detailed. HR then hiring manager then with the team. It usually takes 6-8 weeks. Compensation is competitive. Candidates internally are also considered for the roles.

Thorough and friendly interviewer- it was more like a long chat vs a QA session. Mostly about previous experiences, situational leadership, etc. The interview went longer than planned (about 20 minutes longer) and the interviewer walked me out. Heard back the same day with an offer.
