included hour long interviews with three member panel. thorough and friendly experience. Additionally, there were 1:1 interviews with Sr Manager and Director. I found the process average and not difficult however I was referred by the person I was replacing and had skills that were very aligned with role requirements.

Interview
Initial phone interview with Program Manager who conducts work associated with the position advertised. Follow-on interview (if chosen) will be face-to-face with hiring manager. Took one week to set the phone interview, should be another week or two for the FTF, then one to two more for decision.
