Seemed harried from phone interview through one on one interview. Many questions that didn't seem to have a focus. Eventually got to behavioral questions for remainder of interview. Typical how would you handle a difficult customer or situation, have you ever failed at something and how did you recover from it?

I applied online took an assessment and recieved an e-mail inviting me for a telephone interview the next morning. I resarched the customer contact postion and the hourly wage wasn't too thrilled. I did the interview anyways and I was told 10.25, 20% wknd differential, 10% night
