Citi Customer Service interview questions

The interview was short and had a lot of behavioral and situational type questions. It was over the phone, just one interview and then they called and offered the job Overall a good experience

They will pre screen you then do a phone interview where you answer questions about why you want the job and experience.. They tell you the position you will be hired for if you are selected and then you do schedule a follow up and then do the actual interview using the STAR method
