I filled out the application on line and was called a week later for an interview. I answered a few mandatory questions that the branch manager had on his questionnaire and then they told me they would let me know by the end of the week. They called me the next day with an offer and then a recruiter called me with a different offer. I think there are too many people involved in the hiring process.
