The process take around 2 months. First stage (after CV screening) is HR interview. Candidates were interviewed simultaneously by one HR(project manager) interviewer. The questions are mostly CV-based and they want to ensure whether you are serious about joining (be prepared to be asked informations about the company and the program) and also whether you know what you are getting into. Second phase was conducted 3 weeks later, consisted of online assessment (numerical, abstract, verbal, personality) and 3-rounds interview with business heads. The questions were mostly behavioral and experience-based. Final phase came two weeks after, consisted of group debate and individual presentation. You have only 3 days to prepare the presentation and 3 days to prepare for group debate (the topic was given out earlier but the stance was determined on D-Day).
