I applied online, but submitted the application close to the deadline (around early-mid of November)
I was asked to complete the online aptitude test in mid-November, and I got the group interview invitation quickly in late November.
The group discussion process was held in late December. There were 8 candidates in total. We given 30 minutes to study a case and do individual preparation. Then we were asked to discuss the solution of the case/problem in 30 mins- the first 15 mins are required to discuss in English, and in Cantonese for the remaining time. I received the 1:1 HR interview invitation after Christmas.
The 1:1 HR interview was held in late January. The whole interview lasted for around an hour- 10 minutes of CV follow-up, 30 minutes of HR interview, 20 minutes of Q&A session. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and good. I got invited to the final stage in early February.
The final stage panel interview was held in early April. The panel consists of 3 members of senior management directors. I was first asked to do a 5-min presentation. Then the remaining time was just ordinary panel interview.
I got the offer just after 2 days of the final interview. The whole recruitment process was rather efficient and very interviewee-friendly.
