Citi Project Manager interview questions

Standard interview process, mostly focused around PM methodology. The interviewer explained the job description and expectations. There were some situational questions but main questions were related to PMBOK methodology. Also discussed previous projects , especially the projects that didn't do well. What steps were taken by me to bring the project on track.

It's a quite straightforward interview. The interviewer just gave a brief introduction about the role and the team. Then he asked some basic questions like 'Tell me about yourself'. The job description in the ad is different from what's required from this role.
