Citi Project Manager interview questions

Applied online, was called in for a series of interviews for the following week that occurred over an entire morning followed by a case study where I pitched a new product to the team.

The interview process was fairly painless given that I was an internal hire therefore they were already familiar with my skills. I had already been involved in the process but not as a project lead. My new role was taking over the project lead.
