I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Brockley, England)
Interview
very rushed and it felt like he instantly knew it was going to be a no, mistook my nerves for inexperience. Small store, I didn’t think the manager was going to be so blunt and it felt like i did most of the talking than him

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op in Jul 2023
Interview
It was a fairly straightforward interview, questions generally based on past experience and how I’d handle customer issues and queries. I didn’t consider any of the questions to be hard to answer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Milton Keynes, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
I had an interview at Co-op. First, they explained a bit about the company and the role, and then asked me a few questions. The questions were mostly the same as the ones they had already shared with me beforehand in an interview guide/document. At the end, they also asked about my availability and how I would be able to travel to and from work.
