I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Co-op (Redditch, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
Went to the tills and said I had a scheduled interview. One of the staff members took me to the office and the manager came in. Overall the process was super relaxed and friendly. Started off with an informal chit chat to ease me into it, asked me a few questions and then spoke to me about uniform sizes. Didn’t end up getting the job but definitely one of the friendliest and laid back interviews I’ve had. Make sure you know a bit about the Co-Op group, nothing major just enough to show you’ve researched the job your applying for
