Co-op Customer Team Member (CTM) interview questions

It was quick which I was grateful for as I desperately wanted to find a job and start earning money. I applied with my CV and had to fill in an official form asking the usual qs; my right to work in the UK, whether I have any disabilities, etc. Then I was called in for an interview 7 days later.

Very situational - asking about times you had to deal with certain issues so make sure you have lots of examples to hand, and be prepared to talk about them and what they taught you.
