Co-op Customer Team Member (CTM) interview questions

Advertised on their careers page. Submitted a CV and online situation test. Was invited to an interview a week later. Interview was very relaxed and the hiring manager was really nice. It lasted around 30 mins. The interview started with general questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'why co op' and then there were behavioural questions (tell me about a time you...). The interview ended with the manager explaining more about the role and also uniform size, availability etc. Got a call the next day on the outcome.

The interview conducted in london was easy and had basic questions which they asked off of a booklet. The interview lasted 30 mins and i got a call the same day.
