Co-op Customer Team Member (CTM) interview questions

Applied with online form which wa fairly simple. Then I was contacted for a face to face interview which took around 2 months. This was fairly straightforward and the hiring manager asked basic compentancy questions.

One on one interview with store manager. Started with a conversation around the role and the responsibilities. We also discussed my plans for the future. A questionnaire is also provided and answered on the day. Received a call back in a week.
