I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (London, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
Completely wasted my time. 45 minutes before my interview, the manager called me to say that my interview had to be pushed back an hour.
I came at the new time and was waiting around for 30 extra minutes.
The interview went okay until the end when they asked for a valid passport. I had an expired one and my provisional licence which counts as ID. They don't except anything other than a passport.
So I wasted my time in which the could've asked me on the phone when they were confirming my interview; do you have a valid passport?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Co-op (Colchester, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Wasn't very hard. Basically answered very simple numeracy questions which i got all right. Then they asked when I could start, very basic interview which went well. it was easy,
