very quick interview, was asked a few scenario questions that i may have been in which was on a booklet. I was then told about the company and how they help with the community, etc.

Applied online then completed a personality test. I was called to be offered an interview and was sent an interview packet with all of the questions that were going to be asked on there so you get lots of preparation.
- DONT SAY THAT YOU HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME OR YOU DON'T GET A CHOICE IN DOING OVERTIME OR NOT (basically forced to do overtime even if you have plans)

Phone interview, then face to face interviews with function head and 3 other stakeholders who work with the BI team. Mixture of questions about experience to date in similar roles, personality and 'fit' within an organisation that values a collaborative approach to problem solving.
