The interview consists of roughly 10 questions about past customer service experience. Mostly about frustrated customer, working when you don't have a solution, pacifying an angry customer, working extra effort to satisfy customer.

It was a quick and easy interview process, with educational and fun exercises to do as part of the interview process. I had two phone calls, one was a quick chat the other was a 30 minute phone interview

What’s a time you received excellent customer service
The interview process was drawn out, but not hard at all. However, it was quite lengthy. It did involve a lot of paperwork being submitted, overall easy. After all of the onboarding, i was set to go in no time.
