Concentrix CSR interview questions

Very professional , decent, pretty calm, patience , respectful, open minded to accept and hear all different thoughts. I actually loved the way they treated interviewers. Thank God for getting a chance to have a great HR to interview me. She did make me nervous at all.

First round is Aptitude which was easy there it's shows the communication and writing skills, and second round is Telephone interview they check our communication skills and abilities third is HR round.
