Concentrix Customer Service Advisor interview questions

Pretty easy. They kept us an hour more than what was originally scheduled. Decent and informative. We also completed out forms. They had us complete some task. Overall the experience was okay. I don't agree with getting paid every 2 weeks in 2023 but it pays more than my current work from home job.

There are actually 4 rounds including hr, assessment, vdo assessment and final with manager . The interview is easy peasy. So that everyone can nail it. It is quite interesting and everything is fine the interview process.
