Concentrix Customer Service CSR interview questions

I had a in person interview. After I applied I received a call and they asked me questions about do I know how to use Outlook and Microsoft word. They wanted to do a phone interview to see how you sound on the first. Once I was offered the job I had to do a typing test the next day. But they gave you a link to go practice on. Once I passed the typing test, they then give you the slip to do the drug test.

It was okay, the questions were not that hard. It was doable for people like me who's a starter. It was also very quick and straight forward. I just hope I did a better job at answering.
