Easy and convenient. It was done over a video interview. I was able to log in at my earliest convenience and take my time answering all of the questions. During the interview, it told me a little bit more about the job I was interviewing for before I even started. After that, I received an email saying they received my interview and I will hear back shortly. I heard back within a few days via email communicating the next steps of the hiring process. A few days after that, I received an email offering me a position.

Simple short phone call! If you have any call center experience it will be a breeze. Somehow they pick mostly good people; I liked the people who made it to the end of training. Quite a lot of turnover, however. Just sound polite and upbeat, you’ll need to at all times during the job!

Primeiro preenchi uma lista de informações pela internet, alguns dias depois fizeram o primeiro contato por WhatsApp e ligação, todo o processo foi bem rápido e tranquilo. As entrevistas foram feitas por chamada de vídeo e duraram em torno de 15/30 minutos, a recrutadora sempre atenciosa e educada.
