Concentrix Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

It was a short interview. They ask questions mostly to assess your English (grammar, pronunciation, use of fillers, & dead air). The interviewer also checked my school transcript and asked if I had some back subjects, counted how many units I earned (I haven't graduatwd back then).

Very smooth and friendly. consists of 4 rounds. Bit lengthy and time consuming. all basic questions , testing more on your communicative skills and language. Aptitude is also easy to crack.
